Product Overview & Details

Surrounded by Idiots: The Four Types of Human Behaviour (or, How to Understand Those Who Cannot Be Understood) by Thomas Erikson is a practical and entertaining book about human behaviour, personality differences and communication. Published in English by Ebury Publishing under the Vermilion imprint, the book introduces a four-colour model—Red, Yellow, Green and Blue—to help readers understand different behavioural and communication styles.

Erikson explains why people can communicate very differently even when they are discussing the same subject. By recognizing different behavioural tendencies, readers can learn to adapt their communication, reduce misunderstandings, manage conflicts and build better relationships at work and in everyday life.
