Refund policy
Return & Replacement Policy – Rahinama24 Stem Group Pvt. Ltd.
- We provide a replacement in case the product received is damaged or incorrect. We do not offer returns or refunds.
- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any digital materials once purchased.
Physical Products
- Replacement request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, in original condition & packaging.
- Unboxing video is mandatory as proof (without video, no claim will be accepted).
- Replacement is applicable only if:
- Product is damaged, or
- Wrong product is delivered
Replacement Process:
- Once your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement.
- Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
