About the Authors

Sankar Sen

Sankar Sen is a former Director General of the National Human Rights Commission (India) and former Director of the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy. A retired Indian Police Service officer, he has authored numerous books on policing, law enforcement, human rights, and criminal justice.
