Rainbows ... (Colour)

Rain or Shine
The expression is quite old. A documented early use appears in 1699, in John Goad's Astro-meteorologica, where the wording “Rain, Or Shine” was used in connection with weather. The expression later became established as a way of indicating that something would happen regardless of weather conditions. The exact development of the modern idiom is not completely certain, but “come rain or shine” is an older related form.
